Japan Artec, Inc. was incorporated in the State of California in June 2011, as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Artec. The purpose of the U.S. subsidiary is to import and distribute the Artec’s products in the U.S. marketplace and improve the learning curve for children through the use of interactive educational toys.  

Since its establishment in 1960, the Artec Co., Ltd. has manufactured and sold educational materials such as lab equipment, science crafts, stationary, premium products, art supplies, and educational toys for school children of all ages. The Artec has its headquarters and distribution center in Osaka, as well as an office in Tokyo and three product centers located in the Fujian, Guangdong, and Zhejiang Province of China. The Artec Company currently has 100 full-time and 100 part-time employees, and a capital of over $520,000. For over 50 years, the Artec has contributed to the educational field by researching, designing, and producing educational materials that are safe, innovative, engaging, and effective. The company’s well-connected Import Export Department and efficient distribution centers make it possible to deliver high quality educational materials to any school or store across the country.
