Japan Electronic Materials Corp is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of semiconductor testing components and electron tubes components. The Company operates in two business segments. The Semiconductor Testing Component segment manufactures and sells cantilever (C) type probe cards, advanced (V) probe cards and membrane (M) probe cards. The Electron Tube Part segment manufactures and sells cathode and filaments. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had six subsidiaries.
