Japanos is an international restaurant group specializing in authentic Japanese ramen, built around craftsmanship, tradition, and operational excellence.

Founded by entrepreneur Gabriel Faflei together with Kana Hashimoto—who comes from a family of restaurateurs in Akita and Tokyo—Japanos brings a truly authentic approach to Japanese cuisine in Europe, rooted in family recipes and fully in-house production.

At Japanos, every detail matters:
	•	noodles are produced daily in-house
	•	broths are slow-cooked for up to 12 hours
	•	ingredients are carefully selected to ensure consistency and quality

Today, the group operates a fast-growing international network of restaurants across Europe and beyond, with locations in Romania, France, Dubai, Pristina, and the Caribbean.

Japanos stands out by preserving traditional Japanese techniques while scaling through a modern, structured approach—combining centralized production, strong brand identity, and operational efficiency.

The brand’s ambition is to become a leading European reference for premium, accessible Japanese comfort food, while continuing to expand through strategic partnerships and franchise development. For partnerships: info@japanos.fr
