Erwin S.

Erwin S. has over 10 years of experience in the field of nutrition and feed technology. Erwin started their career at JAPFA in 2006 as a Feed Technologist and then went on to become the Head of Nutrition and Feed Technology in 2017.

Erwin S. pursued their Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture from IPB University, which they completed in 2005. Erwin then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Nutritional Biochemistry at Hokkaido University from 2009 to 2011. Following this, they served as a Visiting Researcher in Fish Nutrition at the University of Guelph from 2011 to 2012. Finally, Erwin earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Fish Nutrition from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, which they completed in 2017.
