Jessica Lalier has extensive experience in process analysis and quality control, having worked at Japi from July 2021 to July 2023 in various roles including Analista de Processos, Coordenadora de Controle de Qualidade, and Supervisora Controle de Qualidade. Prior to Japi, Jessica served as Assessora de gestão de pessoas at Engenheiros Sem Fronteiras - Núcleo Limeira from April 2018 to August 2019, and completed an internship in Production Engineering at 3M from January 2019 to December 2020, where responsibilities included working with the 3M Manufacturing System, Six Sigma projects, and Lean Manufacturing. Jessica is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Administração Industrial at Fundação Vanzolini, expected to be completed in 2024, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, obtained in 2020.
