Fredrik Borg

Fredrik Borg has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Consultant and Human Resource Manager at Chalmers Teknologkonsulter AB from November 2006 to July 2007. Fredrik then worked as a BIP Consultant at Chalmers University of Technology from January 2009 to July 2009. Following this, Fredrik served as an Operative Project Manager at the Center for Business Innovation at Chalmers University from August 2009 to January 2011. Fredrik then worked as a Business Architect at Mindcore from January 2011 to December 2011, where they were directly involved in the development of two start-ups, including the recruitment firm New Minds. At New Minds, they served as a Managing Partner and Co-founder from January 2012 to January 2015. During this time, Fredrik also worked as a Board member at New Minds. Moving on, they co-founded and served as the COO of Jappa, a digital staffing platform, from May 2014 to March 2018. Currently, Fredrik is the VD / CEO of Jappa, leading the company in optimizing various aspects of e-commerce for long-term success.

Fredrik Borg has a strong educational background in various fields. Fredrik obtained their M.Sc in Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology, where they studied from 2002 to 2009. In 2006, they pursued another M.Sc degree in Innovation Management at ETH Zürich, completing it in 2007. Additionally, they earned a BBA degree in Financial and Industrial Management from the University of Gothenburg, studying there from 2006 to 2009.
