Utkarsh Garg

Utkarsh Garg has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Utkarsh worked as a Research Analyst at the Ravi J Matthai Centre For Educational Innovation (RJMCEI) at IIM Ahmedabad, where they successfully facilitated the teaching and learning process at a school in Rajasthan. In 2014, they worked as a Data Analyst at the Association of Democratic Reforms (ADR) under the guidance of Professor Trilochan Sastry at IIM Bangalore, where they analyzed complex information and presented it in tables, charts, and graphs using MS Excel.

From 2016 onwards, Utkarsh worked at Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd), initially as a Management Trainee and later as an Associate Program Manager and Program Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for various initiatives such as improving the Net Promoter Score (NPS), reducing car acquisition costs, and implementing new policies for joining, referral, and vendor bonuses. Utkarsh also developed forecasting models and escalation matrices to manage costs effectively.

After their tenure at Ola, they joined Bounce in 2019 as a Manager- Revenue & Growth, where they worked until 2020. During this time, they also held the position of Senior Manager and contributed to the company's revenue and growth strategies.

In 2020, Utkarsh joined Flipkart as a Senior Manager and served until 2022. Their role focused on managerial responsibilities and contributing to the company's growth.

Currently, Utkarsh is working at Jar in the Growth & Product department, starting from 2022.

Utkarsh Garg started their education in 1996 at Ess Ess Convent Sr. Sec. School, where they completed the All India Senior Secondary Certificate Examination in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in 2010. Utkarsh then pursued their higher education at the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, from 2011 to 2016. During this time, they obtained an Integrated Dual Degree (B.Tech + M.Tech) in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering.
