Jarek Tadla is a residential and commercial real estate investor with 30+ years of experience in owning, managing, and improving real property. Over the years, he has remediated and renovated countless properties – turning around not only the financial performance but the overall condition of living for his tenants. Through his management firm, he can oversee and implement a people-first management style across all of his properties. His integrated business model is leveraged to provide the highest return on investment while fostering a better and safer community for his tenants to live in.

In addition to his buy-and-hold strategy, Jarek has been building out his development arm through GUC of luxury spec homes in his South Florida market. His team of architects, engineers, and builders have been working together for years as a team to bring these projects to fruition. Drawing from those relationships and resources, he has set his sights on larger multifamily and mixed-use developments that are planned to break ground later this year. His pipeline consists of multifamily value-added properties, luxury spec home construction, and mixed-use developments that align with his vision of creating safer and healthier lifestyles for all.
