John Wang

John Wang has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. John started their career at Compaq Computer in 1996 as a Principal Engineer and then moved on to Intel Corp. in 2002 as a Sr Hardware Engineer. In 2007, they joined PLX Technology (now Avago Technologies) as a Staff Product Engineer, where they worked until 2014. During this time, they also briefly worked at Qualcomm-Atheros as a Senior Product Engineer. In 2008, they joined Conexant Systems as a Sr. Staff Product Engineer/Program Manager and stayed there until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, John worked at Diodes Incorporated as a Sr. Staff Quality Engineer, focusing on quality improvement and facility expansion. John then joined GLOBALFOUNDRIES in 2015 as a Sr. Staff Test Product Engineer, working on yield improvement and new product development. In 2019, they joined Northrop Grumman as a Senior Principal Engineer. Currently, John works at Jariet Technologies, Inc. as a Product Engineer.

John Wang earned a VLSI Design Certificate in Semiconductor chip design from the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington from 1985 to 1988. In 1983 to 1984, they obtained another Master's degree in Structure Engineering/Material from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. Currently, there is no end year provided for their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Framingham State University which they started in 1998.
