Proven Multi-Unit Build-to-Suit Program Specialist
Jarman Development Group specializes in the execution of multi-unit build-to-suit development programs for corporate and franchisee tenants – retailers, restaurants, financial institutions, and healthcare and other service providers.

Each tenant program has two objectives:
Meet the tenant’s business plan – deliver single-tenant and anchored multi-tenant build-to-suit projects when and where required.
Achieve the Jarman Development Group Project Standard – Jarman Development Group’s performance benchmark on each tenant project.

Single-Source Build-to-Suit Platform
To best achieve the program’s objectives, Jarman Development Group employs a single-source property acquisition, production, and funding platform – the most effective and efficient platform in the build-to- suit industry. Jarman Development Group’s, brings the following to each company project:

Aggressive Property Acquisition—Jarman Development Group’s Market Search Team uses proprietary technology and “boots-on-ground” to identify and evaluate all “on-market” and “off-market” property in each target market; Jarman Development Group’s Legal Team provides fast, reasonable response to document and close each property purchase.

Rigorous, Low-Cost Production—Jarman Development Group’s Production Team – responsible for the systematic investigation, design, entitlement, and construction of each project – focuses on precise and thorough execution, problem-solving, and total occupancy cost minimization.

To help determine if Jarman Development Group’s Multi-Unit Build-to-Suit Program is right for your company, Jarman Development Group will prepare a Program Proposal, tailored specifically to your needs, for your review. The proposal will set forth the program in detail and will include a Prototype Project Model, Rent Calculation, and Lease Term Sheet, each to be used on each of your company’s projects.
