Jarrett
Jared Williams has an extensive work experience starting in 2008. Jared began their career at Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representative Intern from December 2008 to May 2009. Jared then joined Target and held various roles including Executive Team Leader Intern, Executive Team Lead - Logistics, and Executive Team Leader - Human Resources. During their time at Target, Jared led logistics operations, analyzed operational metrics, and trained new hires. In 2013, Jared joined Jarrett as a Lead Logistics Coordinator and later progressed to the roles of Logistics Manager, Senior Manager of Logistics Operations, and currently holds the position of Director of Logistics Operations. Throughout their tenure at Jarrett, Jared has led teams, provided consultative support, and developed strategic solutions to increase company revenue and encourage best practices.
Jared Williams has a diverse education history. Jared completed the Northeast Ohio Business Leadership Development Program at the Ohio Leadership Consortium from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Executive Management and Project Management from Ashland University between 2019 and 2020. Jared'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from The University of Akron, which they earned from 2006 to 2010 with a major in Business Administration and Management, General.
In addition to their formal education, Jared has also obtained several certifications. These include Agile Foundations, Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team, Agile at Work: Driving Productive Agile Meetings, Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories, Ecommerce Fundamentals, Ecommerce: Scoping Projects, Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls, Project Leadership, The 45-Minute Business Plan, Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management, Learning Program Management, Marketing Foundations: eCommerce, Leading at a Distance, Becoming an AI-First Product Leader, Consulting Foundations: Building Your Brand, Strategic Thinking, and Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP)®. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn between 2019 and 2020, with the exception of the "Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP)®" certification, which was obtained in February 2019.
