Jashan is not a restaurant built from a business plan.

It is built from twenty years of longing. To bring the royal cuisines of India to a stage worthy of their depth, their complexity, and their soul.

Set in Legacy North, Plano, our kitchen is led by Chef Ramesh Thangaraj, Michelin-recognized, and Chef Ashish Bhasin, one of India's top five chefs.

Together, they traveled 7,000 kilometers across India sourcing heritage spices and lost recipes. What arrives at your table carries that journey.
We offer three experiences:

Dil Se. A 14-course omakase-style journey across the length of India. One seating. One shared story.

9 Flavors of India. A 9-course exploration of India's most distinct regional voices.

Ustaad Ke Dil Se. Our private omakase for 18 guests, twice nightly.
Nothing here is reheated into existence. Stocks simmer from the morning. Spices are toasted fresh. Every plate is built from scratch, every day.

Jashan is where Dallas meets India. Not the version you already know. The version that has been quietly waiting to be discovered.
