Jane Rickit

Jane Rickit is a Senior Associate, who draws on more than 20 years of varied international experience to deliver transformative community projects.

As a graduate, Jane cut her teeth working on residential and tourism projects in New Zealand before gaining international experience in Germany and the UK. While in London, she was involved in complex large-scale projects, such as Heathrow Airport and the Ministry of Defence Joint Services Command & Staff College. Her work on high-quality social housing piqued her enduring interest in public architecture that reflects its urban context.

At Jasmax, Jane is still focused on delivering high-quality public architecture projects which act as changemakers for local communities. Since joining, she has worked on several projects for AUT including the Ngā Wai Hono building for AUT, which brings together Engineering, Computer and Mathematical Sciences (ECMS) in one elegant, energy efficient structure. Jane was also pivotal in the delivery of the University of Waikato’s Te Manawaroa Tauranga Campus.

Jane is a highly knowledgeable team player who holds trusted and established relationships across the industry with clients, consultant teams, contractors, and suppliers alike.
