As Head of Jasmax's Business Development (BD) Team, Robyn brings over 15 years of experience working across a range of professional services organisations. She is passionate about working across all levels of the organisation, to win new business and develop trusted, sustainable relationships with the clients.
Having worked with some of the country’s most reputable organisations, Robyn is a trusted advisor who employs a creative yet pragmatic approach to all aspects of BD. Tracking external market conditions and sector trends, she helps Jasmax maintain a strategic eye on the future, executing positioning strategies that build market profile and enable consistent growth. This approach also enables us to help the clients respond to market opportunities and challenges, while ensuring they recruit the best talent to win and deliver future projects exceptionally well.
Robyn is an expert in balancing big picture strategy with day-to-day best practice. She leads the Jasmax BD Team, working with the business, across the full BD cycle, from effective client relationship management, proactive pursuit of key opportunities, and the production of consistently winnable bids. Robyn credits her out-of-the-box thinking to her experience in working with different personality types and management styles, across a variety of disciplines. She is adept at coaching and challenging teams to think ‘client first’ and is committed to consistently improving the understanding of the clients’ ever-evolving needs.
