Vincent Kumar

Vincent has almost four decades of experience in the profession, both internationally and in Aotearoa New Zealand, working on a wide range of projects in a variety of sectors. During the last thirty years at Jasmax, Vincent has developed extensive expertise in the areas of design coordination, site observation and contract administration, on complex multi-disciplinary projects for local authorities, including the Britomart Transport Centre, Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa and Ormiston Town Centre.

As a Project Manager, Vincent excels at bringing teams together to deliver the best quality outcomes. His experience delivering education projects spans several years, including projects that have focused on remediation and redevelopment of existing school building. Vincent also has a wide range of experience on a variety of key streetscape projects. He was Project Architect on the Britomart Transport Centre Streetscapes, which included OEII Square, Station Plaza, and Takutai Square.
