Jamye Everson, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR management. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Zaxby's Franchising LLC since October 2014, Jamye oversees staffing for the company's support center and over 146 restaurants, managing a workforce of more than 5,000 employees. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at Zaxby’s, where processes and programs were improved in collaboration with field leaders, and various positions at Target from April 2007 to October 2014, culminating in the role of Human Resources District Resource. In earlier experience at Sherwin Williams as a Store Manager, Jamye focused on recruiting and developing team members. Jamye holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with dual degrees in Accounting and Real Estate from The University of Georgia.
