Lisa Thompson

Lisa Thompson is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in systems administration and IT services management. Currently serving as the IT Services Manager at JPI since May 2012, Lisa oversees the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of both physical and virtual servers. Previously, Lisa held the position of Systems Administrator at Automation Creations, Inc., managing Microsoft servers and various security systems. Lisa also has extensive experience from TMD Friction Inc., where responsibilities included administering a mix of Novell, Microsoft, and VMware servers, as well as managing desktop and laptop deployments. Early career experience includes working as a LAN Server Administrator at Lotus Biochemical Corp., where Lisa managed Novell and Microsoft servers alongside Citrix systems. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Radford University.
