Dave Lynch

Dave Lynch is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in engineering management and design. Currently serving at CHA Consulting, Inc. since January 2024, Dave previously held positions at Javan Engineering as both Mechanical Engineer and Project Engineer, managing projects through various stages of Front-End Loading (FEL) and creating cost estimates. At SEPTA, from April 2014 to April 2016, Dave focused on operations, vehicle engineering, and quality assurance, ensuring compliance for the mechanical fleet and coordinating solution efforts for maintenance challenges. Prior experience includes leading a team for Wiper Linkage Design at Widener Senior Project, achieving project completion ahead of schedule and under budget. Dave holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Widener University, completed in 2013.
