Shane Haley

Shane Haley is a Design Engineer at Javan Engineering since September 2019, with prior experience as a Die Casting Engineer Intern at Blue Ridge Pressure Casting, Inc. from May 2016 to January 2019 and as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern at SWEMCO during May to August 2016. At Blue Ridge Pressure Casting, Shane updated Set-Up Sheets, collaborated with management to develop job instruction packets, inspected quality control measures, and created start-up procedures for Die Casting Machines. At SWEMCO, Shane focused on creating work instructions for circuit board manufacturing, developing operational procedures, and ensuring accuracy in project specifications. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wilkes University, earned in 2019.
