Tom Wheeler

Tom Wheeler is a seasoned Lead Mechanical Engineer with a background in engineering project management and extensive experience in the process industry. They began their career at Sartomer, where they successfully managed the start-up of a new automated specialty chemical facility and oversaw numerous capital projects across multiple locations. Between 2013 and 2017, Tom held the role of Strategic Procurement Manager for Capital Projects at Arkema, negotiating high-value EPC agreements for major facilities. They continued their expertise as a Strategic Project Manager at Bostik, completing a significant facility expansion before joining Javan Engineering in 2021. Tom earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University.
