Ryan O'Leary

Ryan O'Leary is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in strategy, operations, and technology. Currently serving as a Strategy and Operations Consultant at MBO Partners since March 2022, Ryan has been involved in executing strategies for wildfire mitigation technology that protects over 1.3 million customers. As the Founder and CEO of findmusic.ai since January 2019, Ryan has developed innovative predictive playlists. Previous experience includes a Senior Associate role at KPMG, where Ryan led various strategic projects for clients in sectors such as oil and gas, IoT, and pet food. With an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business and additional international studies, Ryan combines analytical skills with a creative background, having also worked as a Director of Marketing and a recording artist.
