Javelin Operations specializes in preparing mission-critical mechanical systems for successful startup through mechanical flushing, chemical treatment, and stainless steel passivation — with a primary focus on modern liquid cooling and chilled water infrastructure.

As data centers and high-density computing environments move toward liquid cooling, system cleanliness has become one of the most important (and often overlooked) factors in commissioning success. Debris, improper water chemistry, and untreated stainless systems can lead to corrosion, performance issues, and costly startup delays. Javelin is brought in to solve those problems before they become failures.

We work alongside mechanical contractors, general contractors, commissioning teams, and owners to help ensure installed systems are clean, chemically stable, and ready for operation. Our role is straightforward: support the project team by preparing mechanical systems for reliable turnover and long-term performance.

Core services include:
• High-velocity mechanical flushing
• Chemical cleaning and treatment
• Stainless steel passivation (on-site and off-site)
• Liquid cooling and direct-to-chip loop preparation
• Contamination remediation and recovery support
• Water management and disposal coordination
• System cleanliness verification and startup support

Headquartered in Oklahoma and supporting projects nationwide, Javelin Operations focuses on the critical window between installation and commissioning — helping teams reduce startup risk and deliver systems that perform as intended from day one.
