Max Arefyev

Max Arefyev has had a diverse range of roles in their work experience. Max started their career at BNZ as a Business Analyst/Pricing Analyst in 2007 and worked there until 2011. Max then joined FUJIFILM Business Innovation New Zealand and held various positions including Business Analyst/Project Manager, Lead Business Analyst, and Enterprise Consultant, specializing in digital transformation and process automation. In 2021, Max joined JAVLN as a Delivery Lead, responsible for successful project delivery and team management. In 2022, they became the Head of Delivery NZ, leading implementation consulting teams in delivering insurance solutions. Currently, Max serves as the Head of Delivery & Customer Success at JAVLN, playing a crucial role in the senior leadership team and defining the company's long-term vision for delivery and customer success. Throughout their career, Max has demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

From 2003 to 2007, Max Arefyev completed a Bachelor of Business (BBus.) degree in Project Management at Auckland University of Technology.
