Igor Kapustin

Igor Kapustin has been working in the tech industry since 2007. In that year, they began their career as an Operations Manager at Sigma Export. In 2007, they also took on the role of Account Manager at GFT Markets, where they conducted training sessions for multiple clientele and supported the life cycle of customers' accounts. In 2011, Igor became a Quality Assurance Tester at reEGG.com. In 2012, they moved to BlackBerry AtHoc, where they held the positions of Build & Release Engineer and QA Engineer. In 2013, Igor joined Grid Dynamics as a Director of Software Engineering and DevOps, Delivery Manager, and Sr. Build & Release Engineer. In 2020, they became a Technical Advisor at Belle Artificial Intelligence Corporation. Most recently, in 2021, Igor founded and became the CEO of Jaxel.

Igor Kapustin completed a High School Diploma at 203 from 1987 to 1998. Igor then attended Saint Petersburg State Marine Technical University from 1998 to 1999, earning an Associate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Igor then attended Davenport University from 2003 to 2007, graduating with a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus in International Business. Igor also attended Portnov Computer School in 2011, studying Software Quality Assurance and Information Technology.
