Caela Castillo

Director of Customer Experience at JAXXON

Caela Castillo has a varied work experience, beginning in 2010 with a role as a MIT at Anthropologie. In 2014, they were an Intern at the International Museum of Surgical Science. From 2016 to 2019, they were a self-employed Nanny. In 2018, they had two internships, one at FIDM Museum & Galleries and one at the Museum at FIT. Caela also worked as a Consultant at Jaxxon in 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Nanny at CozyKin. Since 2017, they have been a Special Projects Administrator at DISTRICT 1199J NUHHCE. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Experience at Jaxxon, where they are responsible for overseeing the 24/7 Customer Support Department and is the Head of Brand Voice and Copy.

Caela Castillo has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from California State University, Fullerton, obtained in 2013. Caela then went on to earn a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Modern European History from Loyola University Chicago in 2015. In 2016, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Fashion and Textile History, Theory, and Practice from the Fashion Institute of Technology. In addition, Castillo holds certifications in Digital Skills: Social Media from FutureLearn (obtained in June 2019) and Certified Adult and Pediatric First Aid/ CPR/ AED from the American Red Cross (obtained in September 2019).
