Rob L. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and global sales within the furniture and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Global Sales Director and Operations Director at Jay-Be® since November 2020, Rob previously held the position of Operations Director at Silentnight Group from September 2016 to November 2020. Prior to that, Rob spent over six years at Hypnos Beds, where roles included Operations Director, Operations Manager, and Contracts and Technical Manager. Additional experience includes positions in the Manufacturing & Quality Departments at Door-Stop International and Synseal Group, along with a foundation as a Precision Engineer at Broadoak Engineering. Rob holds an HNC qualification in Precision and Mechanical Engineering and possesses expertise in toolmaking, CNC programming and machining, CAD design, as well as spark and wire erosion. Educational background includes attendance at West Nottinghamshire College, Burnley College, and Quarrydale Comprehensive.
