Silver Battikha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and trade sales management. Currently serving as Customer Experience Manager at Jaybro since May 2021, Silver has also held various trade sales roles within the company, including Regional Manager for VIC & QLD, Team Leader for SA/WA and Digital Sales, as well as positions focused on major projects and account management. Prior to Jaybro, Silver worked at CSR Limited as a Sales Support Specialist and Customer Service Officer and gained experience as a Property Facility Coordinator at JLL for the Qantas Account. Early career experience includes a Front Office Supervisor role at AccorHotels. Silver holds a Bachelor's degree in Medical Bioscience from Western Sydney University.
