Jayen Properties and our family of companies have a history of development in British Columbia that reaches back over half a century. Beginning in the logging and sawmill sector in the late 1960s, the contributions that the RBI family has made to the province over the decades are the driving force behind how we develop properties today — including over 1,300 market and rental homes and over 250,000 square feet of commercial space.

Our in-house construction team, RBI Construction, has amassed extensive experience within the commercial, multi-family and industrial sectors. Leveraging over 20+ years of experience in construction and forming, Jayen Properties is able provides a stamp of the highest level of quality in all our projects.
