César Augier, CFA

César Augier, CFA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. César is currently serving as the CEO of Jay & Joy since June 2023. Prior to this, César held multiple positions at McKinsey & Company. César started as a Senior Consultant in the Sustainability Practice from September 2018 to August 2019. César then progressed to become an Engagement Manager, working in the Sustainability Practice from September 2019 to November 2021. Finally, they took on the role of Associate Partner in the Sustainability Practice, where they continue to contribute their expertise.

In addition to their work at McKinsey & Company, César also worked at École Polytechnique as a Business Strategy Teaching Fellow from October 2019 to June 2021. Prior to this, they held prominent positions at Société Générale, where they served as the Director of Interest Rates Derivatives Sales from February 2011 to August 2018, and as the Vice President and Hedge Fund Analyst from August 2006 to January 2011.

César's earlier experiences include working as a Private Equity Fund Placement Analyst at Crédit Agricole CIB from July 2005 to March 2006. Before that, they worked as an Assistant to the National Manager at the Treatment Action Campaign from December 2004 to April 2005. César began their professional career as a Trainee at Montes Wines from July 2003 to December 2003. Through their various roles, César Augier has developed a strong background in finance, sustainability, and business strategy.

César Augier, CFA has a strong education background in finance, economics, management, marketing, and languages. From 2002 to 2006, they attended emlyon business school and obtained a Master Degree in these fields. In 2008, they enrolled at the CFA Institute and completed the CFA Level III program by 2010. Additionally, they hold a certification in CFA from the CFA Institute.
