Currently, as the Founder/Owner of LetCarGo, Hegarty is pioneering a cargo-ebikes-as-a-service model, while also holding the position of Head of Technical Program Management at Jaza, focusing on scaling solar battery-swapping networks in rural Africa. With a solid foundation in electronics and industrial computer science, Hegarty has also contributed as a consultant and held significant roles at companies like Uber and Spin, driving innovation in the e-mobility sector.
