Fatima Awan

Fatima Awan is a Syndicate Member at Khawaja Fareed University of Engineering & Information Technology since January 2025 and has been a Network Operations Center Analyst at Jazz since December 2018. Fatima specializes in dashboard customization, creating user-friendly Tableau and Excel reports for management to track customer complaints and network performance. With prior experience at Ericsson from November 2014 to December 2018, Fatima provided first-level support and managed billing operations for Warid’s Prepaid Charging Network, serving 17 million subscribers. As Lead Engineer for Customer Problem Management, Fatima led a team to address customer queries and trained recovery teams on technical complaint handling. Fatima's earlier experience includes a Trainee Engineer role at Warid Telecom, focusing on IN Planning and performance reporting. Fatima holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering from Lahore College for Women University, completed in 2013.
