Muhammad Ismail has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Muhammad started their career at Mobilink as an Associate in Procurement & Contracts, where they were responsible for procurement activities related to marketing promotions. After that, they worked as a Team Lead for Power & Infrastructure at Nokia Siemens Networks, where they handled issues related to power and infrastructure on Telenor project sites. At Relacom, they served as a Regional Manager in the Managed Services division, overseeing network operations and managing a team of engineers and technicians. Muhammad then joined FIST Security (Pvt.) Ltd. as a National Project Manager, where they were responsible for fuel and security activities in the South region. Later, at Mobilink, they worked as an Assistant Manager in Supply Chain Management and later as Manager of Indirect Procurement for the Media & Marketing category. Muhammad then joined VEON as a Global Category Manager for Media & Marketing and later as a Senior Manager for the same category. Currently, they are working at Jazz as the Head of Commercials & Indirect Procurement, where they are responsible for creating an efficient procurement culture and developing organization-wide procurement policies.
Muhammad Ismail obtained their Bachelor's degree, BBA - ITM (Hons), in Finance & IT from the International Islamic University, Islamabad from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended the Anglo Arabic Public Secondary School from 1990 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in Project Management, Supply Chain Management, and Assertiveness Skills from various institutions in Pakistan.
