Azka Hashmi

Azka Hashmi is an HR professional with extensive experience spanning over 16 years in various roles across reputable organizations. Currently serving as the HR Business Partner in the Consumer Division at Jazz since April 2024, Azka previously held the position of Manager Talent & Rewards at Engro, where responsibilities included leading Rewards & Compensation strategies, Talent Management initiatives, and technology transformations using SAP and SuccessFactors. Azka has also contributed to employee engagement, performance management, and compensation framework development in earlier roles at companies such as edotco Group, Towershare, UNDP, and PTCL, where a strong focus on organizational development and change management was demonstrated. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HR and a BBA in International Business & Marketing from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST).
