Fatima Akhtar is an accomplished professional in sustainability, communications, public affairs, and policy advocacy. Previously, Fatima held roles such as Senior Manager Interactive Solutions at SAMAA TV, where Fatima developed a pioneering New Media Strategy and launched Pakistan's first online Citizen Journalism initiative. Fatima served as the Director of Government Relations at Careem and is currently the Head of Communications & Sustainability at Jazz. An Innovation Journalism Fellow at Stanford University in 2010, Fatima's educational background includes an MSc with distinction from the London School of Economics and a BSc in Information Systems Management.
