Junaid Paul

Junaid Paul has accumulated extensive experience in sales and customer service, primarily in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Territory Sales Supervisor at Jazz since March 2017, Junaid is responsible for conducting market audits and managing franchise operations. Previously, as Franchise Service Supervisor, oversight of multiple franchise teams focused on sales excellence and customer training was provided. Junaid's tenure at Ufone included roles in customer support and executive business centers, enhancing skills in communication and customer engagement. Academically, Junaid holds an MBA in Marketing from Al-Khair University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of the Punjab, complemented by qualifications in computer sciences.
