Osama Alam is an experienced technology manager with a strong background in postpaid systems and customer support. Currently serving as Manager of Technology Postpaid Systems at Jazz since March 2008, Osama oversees the Enterprise Billing & Collection solution for over 3 million postpaid subscribers and manages BSS charging, provisioning, CRM, and EFICS operations for the postpaid segment. Prior to this role, Osama was the Manager of Customer Support at Cyber Internet Service Provider (Pvt) Ltd. from January 1997 to February 2008, where responsibilities included leading a nationwide contact center team of 120 engineers to support B2B and B2C customers with LAN/WAN and Internet connectivity. Osama holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Indus University, completed in 2010.
