Pringle Charles has over 18 years of experience in quality assurance and customer experience management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager for Jazz since February 2013, Pringle focuses on mapping and improving customer experience processes and policies. Previous roles at Jazz include Specialist Quality Assurance and Research Analyst, where responsibilities involved evaluating customer feedback, conducting training, and enhancing customer experience at various touchpoints. Prior to Jazz, Pringle held positions at Warid Telecom as Floor Supervisor, where team management and issue escalation were key duties, and at Harvet Topworth International as Financial Advisor. Pringle began a career at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Center as Assistance Officer. Educationally, Pringle holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics from Superior College.
