John Kintz

John Kintz is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and technical support. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Jazzware, Inc. since October 2018, John brings a wealth of knowledge from previous roles, including Senior Technical Support Engineer at Cisco from January 2007 to October 2018, where responsibilities included support, training, documentation, and installation engineering for the BroadSoft Hospitality division. Additionally, John held the position of Senior Technical Support Representative at Applied Systems from August 2001 to November 2006, acting as the direct forms module support contact for corporate accounts utilizing the SQL-based Vision product.
