Dan Spiva has worked in the corporate world for over 15 years. Dan began their career in 2005 as the Chief Operations Officer at JB Developers, Inc. In 2017, they were promoted to Chief Executive Officer at JB Developers.

Dan Spiva attended Pacific Union College from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a degree in Social Studies Teacher Education.
