Welcome to J&B Makelaars, the go-to real estate experts for expats in the Netherlands. With a vibrant following and a dedicated team, we are committed to excellence in the property market.

Our Story
Founded in 2016 by Bridgette and Jason Ball, we set out to offer exceptional, personalized real estate services. Our own expat experiences have given us a unique insight into the needs and challenges faced by our clients, guiding our journey from Expat Property Brokers to J&B Makelaars in 2023. This change reaffirms our commitment to providing specialized services to the expat community.
