Aafreen Naik

Aafreen Naik is currently the Deputy General Manager of Medical Affairs at JB Pharma, a position held since 2021. Aafreen previously worked at Cipla, where they held several roles including Manager in Strategy for Medical Affairs from 2018 to 2021 and Deputy Manager in Acute Care from 2014 to 2018. Aafreen began their career as a Junior Research Associate at the Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences, affiliated with the Department of Atomic Energy, from 2012 to 2013. They hold a Master’s degree in Biotechnology with Distinction from the University of Mumbai, completed in 2012. Aafreen has also contributed to the field through publications, including a work listed on PubMed.
