Toby Jones is the Emergency Planning Lead for JBA Consulting and a chartered flood resilience specialist with expertise in incident response and multi-agency preparedness projects across public and private sectors. Toby served as a Flood Risk Team Member at the Environment Agency and worked as a Project Researcher for Voices for Nature. Toby completed a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Geography from the University of York and a Master’s in Environmental Management from the University of Reading, both with high distinctions. Passionate about enhancing collaboration among emergency responders in the UK, Toby leads initiatives to strengthen operational approaches within the field.
