Jeffrey L. Bruce & Company, LLC, (JBC) a landscape architecture and planning firm, provides leading knowledge in restorative design through living architecture, sports and wellness, and living communities.

As one of the few practices that offers full-service research and applied knowledge for green buildings, we ask forward-looking questions that help our clients today. We ask new questions that elevate projects to the “next stage” of green design that moves from simply conserving natural resources to restoring water, air and the land.

Our work anticipates three emerging technologies; nanotechnology, genetic engineering and sustainability as one day converging in the construction industry to create new advanced composite living building materials and systems.

Using applied research and technology, we implement a healing function as “green machines” that will contribute to restoration of urban ecological balance through improved air quality, stormwater management, energy conservation, bio-diverse habitat and remediation of pollutants—all essential for a healthy life in America’s metropolitan cities, suburbs, and rural areas.
