Gerard Aran is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in engineering and technical management. Currently serving in the I+D technical office at JBC Soldering Tools since November 2022, Gerard previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Moltec from November 2019 to November 2022. Prior roles include Mechanical Design Engineer at Norcan Hispánica, where responsibilities included designing custom solutions and managing client communications, and Technical Manager at MIKROMIC, focusing on quality management systems and prototype development. Earlier experience includes positions at Lallemand and Endesa distribución, where Gerard gained insights into fermentation processes and energy management. Gerard earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya between 2007 and 2011.
