Brendan Sorem

Brendan Sorem has a diverse work experience in the real estate and investment banking industry. Brendan'smost recent role was as Vice President, Investments at JBG SMITH starting from June 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Redbrick LMD from 2012 to 2020, focusing on real estate acquisitions and development. Brendan also gained experience in real estate investment banking at Barclays Capital from 2010 to 2011. Brendan worked as an Analyst, Acquisitions and Development at Hirschfeld Properties LLC from 2009 to 2010. Brendan started their career as a Financial Analyst at The Blackstone Group from 2006 to 2008 and had a summer analyst role at Friedman Billings Ramsey in 2005.

Brendan Sorem attended the University of Virginia from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with a Concentration in Finance. Brendan'sstudies were focused primarily on the McIntire School of Commerce.
