Stephen Shuler

Stephen Shuler is an experienced program manager currently overseeing the Functional Circuit Tester, Operations, Electronics, and Service test fixtures programs for FDA-regulated manufacturing at JBL Resources since May 2011. As the owner-manager of RED - Recycled Electronic Devices, Shuler manages a startup focused on Data Destruction and Asset Management. Prior experience includes managing an electronics recycling program at Bridges to Digital Excellence and providing senior project analysis and global IT governance support at Whirlpool Corporation for over a decade. Shuler's educational background includes a BS from Western Michigan University and an Associate's degree from North Central Technical College, emphasizing electronics.
