Stuart Packham

Stuart Packham is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent management, consulting, and recruitment. Currently serving as the Group Chief Executive Officer at Alchemist since October 2019, Stuart leads the organization in delivering innovative blended learning experiences tailored to business contexts. In addition to this role, Stuart is a member of the Advisory Board for JBM and previously served in similar advisory capacities at Brunel University London. Prior roles include positions as Client Partner and Managing Director at Morgan Philips Group, Talent Solutions Director at Hudson, and Regional Director at Michael Page, where Stuart directed various technology-focused recruitment practices. Stuart's career began at Elan Communications as a consultant specializing in IT operations. Stuart holds a BA (Hons) in English and American Literature from the University of Kent.
