Paul Smith

Paul Smith is a policy and public affairs lead for Wales with extensive experience in political and public affairs roles. They served as the Chief of Staff for the Welsh Conservatives from 2019 to 2024, managing a team and crafting strategic objectives while engaging with key stakeholders. Paul also held the position of Public Affairs Manager for RSPCA Cymru from 2015 to 2019 and has worked as a freelance consultant advising on Welsh politics. They earned a BA in History with Politics from the University of Westminster and have held various political roles, including Area Campaign Director and Office Manager. Currently, Paul is the Policy and Public Affairs Lead for Wales at the Royal College of Occupational Therapists.
