Simon Prescott

Simon Prescott is currently the Chairman at tor&co, guiding the consultancy as it enhances support for clients during its 40th year. They also serve as Senior Counsel at JBP and a Non-Executive Director at Business West, having transitioned from an Equity Partner at Barton Willmore, where they dedicated 17 years to leading the planning team in Bristol. With over 20 years of experience in the private sector, Simon has represented major housebuilders and engaged in various leadership roles within organizations related to planning and development. They are pursuing a BA (Hons) Degree in Town and Country Planning from the University of the West of England.
