Dave Dewitt

Dave DeWitt is an experienced Environmental Engineer currently working at JBS since June 2018. Previously, Dave held the position of Manager at Triumph Foods from June 2015 to June 2018 and served as Rendering General Foreman at JBS from November 2003 to June 2015. Dave's responsibilities included managing processes related to rendering, pet food production, waste water treatment, air pollution control, and casing operations, as well as overseeing scheduling, payroll, chemical ordering, and daily maintenance. Dave's career began at IBP INC, where important roles included Production Supervisor on cut, kill, and rendering from October 1987 to October 2003, with three years as a kill floor supervisor. Education includes attendance at Central Waterloo from 1983 to 1987.
